What are the requirements to rent a scooter?
You can rent a 50cc scooter with AM license from 18 years old. Up to 125cc you require A1 license or B if you are at least 25 years old. If you are under 25 years old then you need both AM and B license in order to rent a scooter up to 125cc in Portugal (by law). From 125cc up you require A license and at least 21 years old.
Is it mandatory to leave a deposit?
Yes, the value depends on the category. Please read the description of each product to check how much.
Is a credit card required to book?
For the scooters up to 125cc it’s not required to have a credit card – the deposit can be in cash. From the 300cc above a credit card is required.
Can I drop-off the vehicle in another location in Algarve?
No, it is not allowed to return the vehicle to another location.
What type of insurances are available?
All scooters have the third-party liability insurance. It’s possible to reduce your liability by purchasing an extra coverage – CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), whose value depends on the category. Please check the description of each product.
What's your cancellation policy?
Up to 48h before the pick-up time you will be 100% reimbursed for the money you paid upon reservation. Please be aware that 3% transaction fees will not be reimbursed as per our policy.
